Sometimes, right at the start of a project, you begin by involving the leader closely and brainstorming and piecing things together a lot. In this case, it makes sense to invite this person as a "Co-Admin" to the project team so they can collaborate with you on the board.
In other cases — which we’ll get to shortly — it makes sense to work alone in teamdecoder at first and invite employees only later.
In any case, teamdecoder is deliberately NOT designed as a collaboration tool at first.
It doesn’t make sense if every team member can independently change role definitions without informing anyone. That’s why there are Report and Feedback functions for all team members (see above).
Sometimes, however, you work together with other consultants, the leader, or a small leadership team on a project and don’t run all the workshops yourself. In such cases, or for substitutions, someone else also needs the ability to make changes in the team. That’s what the Co-Admin function is for.
A Co-Admin has all the rights of an Admin but cannot create other teams or invite more people in your account.
You can invite Co-Admins here:
And here is the KB article about it: https://teamdecoder.tawk.help/article/admins-co-admins
Co-Admins cost extra! At teamdecoder, we don’t charge per team member — there can be unlimited members included in the account — but Co-Admins are an additional cost. The idea is that as a consultant with an existing project, you can pass this fee on. The Co-Admin seats can also be canceled monthly, for example, when the project is finished or the client has taken over the team (see below).
