The moment you start documenting details with the team, it makes sense to introduce the Reports using the Feedback function.
Each team member receives a personal link to a report where they can see
a) which roles have been assigned to them,
b) which groups they are part of, and
c) all other roles and groups in the team — including who holds which role (the "phone book" function).
You can easily find the link at the top of the navigation bar on www.teamdecoder.com, or simply share this direct link:
There, each team member can enter their email address and receive their personal report link by email.
Important: You must have entered everyone’s email address in the "People" list!
In the report, a user can open any role or group and click "Feedback" in the lower-left corner. A text box will appear where they can type and submit their feedback.

The feedback is sent to the team admin — that means you! You’ll find it on the "Campfire" page, where you can review it and discuss or resolve it with the team at the next Campfire meeting.
