Hi, I'm Kai...

I worked in international marketing groups for 15 years and have been a freelance management consultant for brand strategy, anti-greenwashing and workforce transformation since 2013.

I have been able to accompany so many companies and teams in change processes that at some point I came up with the idea of founding teamdecoder as a consultancy and tool - first for myself and my work, then for my clients and finally for all of you :)

I am a solo founder and always on the lookout for fellow campaigners: Fans, users, customers, co-founders, angels, investors, etc.
